THE BRONX - Last week's cold weather has caused damage on one street, breaking a water main.

The service line broke on the block between 1213 and 1216 Harding Park.

The Department of Environmental Protection says the break didn't damage the street. Crews checked out the flooding on the properties, and the DEP says the water is not coming from the city's supply, but the owner of 1213 Hardin Park is responsible for fixing it.

The president of the Harding Park Homeowners' Association says the house is currently vacant and since there's no heat on at the house, the pipes most likely froze and broke.
