THE BRONX - If you're traveling around the borough this weekend, there are some construction projects to be on the lookout for.

East 217th Street will be closed Saturday and Sunday between Barnes and Bronxwood avenues. The closure will take place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. for crane operation until April 20.

On mass transit, No. 5 trains will not run between East 180th Street and Dyre Avenue, but there will be free shuttles buses available. Brooklyn-bound No. 6 trains will skip Burr Avenue, Westchester Square and Zerega Avenue.

Alternate side of the street parking rules will be in effect citywide.
