THE BRONX - If you're traveling around the borough this weekend, there are some events and construction projects to be on the lookout for.

The Bronx Week Parade and Food Festival will shut down parts of the Mosholu Parkway from noon until 6 p.m. Sunday.

The parade will close the northbound side of the parkway between Southern Boulevard and the Grand Concourse. The southern side will also be blocked off for the food festival between Hull Avenue and East 206th Street.

Mass transit will see plenty of track work. Commuters should double check all schedules before heading out.

Alternate side of the street parking rules will be in effect Saturday citywide.
