THE BRONX - Getting around the city this weekend could be made tougher by construction projects and service changes.

Fulton Avenue will be closed between East 168th and 169th streets. East 169th Street will also be closed from 3rd Avenue to Fulton Street.

The Queens-bound tube of the Queens-Midtown Tunnel will be closed from 2 a.m. Saturday until 5 a.m. Monday. The remaining tube will take on two-way traffic.

Alternate side of the street parking rules will be in effect for the weekend.

Weekend track work will also affect The Bronx. Manhattan-bound 1 trains will skip 238th, 231st and 225th streets. There won’t be 5 trains between East 180th Street and Bowling Green. Woodlawn-bound 4 trains will also run express from 125th Street to Burnside Avenue.
