WILLIAMSBRIDGE - Police are searching for a gunman they say shot and killed a Williamsbridge man Sunday night.

Police say the 50-year-old man was shot outside 3665 Laconia Ave. Tenants of the building who witnessed the incident say the shooting was a robbery attempt.

Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. All calls are kept confidential.
