THE BRONX - A powerful storm is hovering over the borough, but will not bring as much precipitation as originally forecasted.

Meteorologist Stacy-Ann Gooden says the storm will deliver a one-two punch, with snow and rain continuing through the overnight. Accumulations will be minimal by the morning commute.

High winds will likely remain an issue, but snowfall totals on Thursday into Friday will measure up to at most 4 inches in most areas.
