THE BRONX - The latest round of snow and freezing temperatures is turning the Bronx into pothole city.

The ice causes cracks and sinking in the concrete, making the roads an obstacle course for drivers.

For some people, the potholes are not only annoying, but they are damaging their cars.

Bruce's Tire Shop on Dyre Avenue says the problem turns into a boost in business after every snowstorm because so many cars suffer flats from the bumps in the roads. They say unfortunately, sometimes these potholes are almost invisible, especially when they are filled with water or snow.

Drivers should take it slow and do their best to be on the lookout for potholes while the Department of Transportation tries to keep up with repairs.
