Police say a Bronx woman has been arrested in connection with the death of her uncle, for whom she was supposed to be caring.

Police say 42-year-old James Thompson was found inside his Bronx Park South apartment on June 8, 2012. They say he was unresponsive on the floor and weighed only 70 pounds.

Doctors went to the apartment to check out the conditions after Thompson collapsed. Investigators...
