THE BRONX - Cops are searching for the driver who struck a woman in University Heights and fled the scene.

It happened at around 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of Sedgwick Avenue and West Fordham Road.

Police say the 40-year-old victim was getting into her car when a white Sedan sideswiped her.

She was taken to the Saint Barnabas Hospital with an injured leg.
