THE BRONX - Members of the Woodlawn community are demanding answers after a hit-and-run accident that killed a 26-year-old Irish immigrant.

Kevin Bell was struck at East 233rd Street and Oneida Avenue early Saturday morning by what police describe as a dark colored van.

Neighbors met with the deputy chief of the 47th Precinct Thursday night about the investigation. They say they're outraged that Bell's body was allegedly removed from the scene and placed into a van filled with garbage.

A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
