THE BRONX - A new study says that New York City has the second best access to parks of all large cities.

The survey, called Parkscope, was compiled by the Trust for Public Land.

The findings revealed that 97 percent of people in New York City can get to a park within 10 minutes.

While some residents said they don't frequent parks, an overwhelming majority said that a park is just a few minutes away from their home.
