According to the Wall Street Journal, M.B.A. students at a number of schools are holding out for the perfect fit. 

News 12 hit the streets to ask college students if they'd reject job offers and graduate into unemployment. 

Most think it’s more important to work and gain experience while continuing to look for their dream job.
