THE BRONX - News 12 hit the streets to find out if Bronx residents check their work emails, in light of a recent policy implemented in France.

Some labor unions representing workers in France have reportedly imposed a policy that forbids employees from responding to work-related emails after they have clocked out for the day.

Some Bronx residents said they check their emails on the weekends to stay caught up on work. Others said they do not check work emails when they are off the clock because they want to separate their work lives from their home lives.
