THE BRONX - A new study says that kids with regular routines at home are often healthier.

Bronx residents seem to agree with the study and say that routines are great for both parents and kids.

Some residents say that routines make kids more emotionally involved and helps them understand other people better.

"It makes the child better, socially," says one resident. "He's open more to people.  He's being able to talk to them because it's something that he's used to."
