THE BRONX - Is wishing someone a happy new year a thing of the past?

We're more than a week into 2014, so News 12 hit the streets to see if people are still using the new year greeting.

Most people say they think happy new year is now overdue, but some give it another month.

Others say they're not opposed to the sentiment as long as people quit using it before the next new year.
