THE BRONX - What would it take for you to go without TV, the Internet and even your cellphone for a day? 

The National Day of Unplugging is challenging people to do just that for a fifth straight year. 

To go totally unplugged, participants give up all aspects of their digital lives for a full 24 hours. 

News 12 asked viewers if they could handle it, but most said technology was too much of a necessity to give up for any amount of time.
