THE BRONX - The Soundview Healthcare Network is shutting down and employees say they're still waiting for money after their paychecks bounced.

The network has faced financial trouble since its former director and state Sen. Pedro Espada Jr. was first accused of using it as his private piggy bank.

A representative for the clinic says the facility intends to resolve all worker payments as soon as possible.
