The incident marks the second time this summer that someone was able to scale the landmark.

A 24-year-old man has been arrested after police say he scaled to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge.

According to authorities, Yaroslav Kolchin was caught on video while climbing along the iconic structure Sunday afternoon. They say he didn't cause any damage, but did stop to take pictures with his phone.
