THE BRONX - A 22-year-old has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that News 12 caught on camera. 

According to police, Yonell Diaz was behind the wheel of a Honda Accord that smashed into a car being driven by a 56-year-old woman at Tomlinson and Neil avenues Tuesday. 

Diaz is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with an injury and leaving the scene of an accident, which are two separate charges. He's also charged with driving without a license because he only has his permit. 

News 12 had been at the location reporting on a needed traffic light at the time of the accident.
