THE BRONX - Young residents in Parkchester came together on Sunday to beautify a local mosque.

The group of students, who came from all different backgrounds and religions, gathered at the Masjid Al-Iman Cultural Center in an effort to promote peace.

The annual event helps join Jewish, Christian and Muslims teens and college students to learn about each other while helping the mosque.

The hope is that programs like this will help spread love throughout the communities.
