THE BRONX - A cold front is slowly moving across the region today, as Hurricane Arthur bears down on the East Coast.
The cold front will move in and gradually dissipate, while interacting with tropical moisture from Arthur. This will likely result in numerous heavy downpours and thunderstorms.
By this afternoon, the greatest threats of rainfall will shift east of New York City.
