Resident calls for speed bumps in Westchester Square

Some residents in Westchester Square say drivers are treating their neighborhood like a race track.
Community activist Lou Rocco has been trying to get 15 speed bumps installed in the area since 2013.
According to Rocco, he sees cars flying through the area doing 80 mph.
Rocco says the proposed speed bumps for the safe zone would reduce the speeds in high accident prone areas, like the intersection of Overing Street and Maclay Avenue, to 20 mph. He's been getting signatures from residents to get the green light for the speed bump project.
The Department of Transportation and Community Board 10 want to be sure area residents want the speed bumps installed.
