Trainer offers tips for summertime fitness

Bronx residents can sometimes find it difficult to balance fitness during the summer months with all the season's indulgences.



News 12 spoke to one trainer on tips to stay healthy despite weekend barbecues and the ice cream truck driving around the neighborhood.



Davine Springer says that cardio and free weights are the two most important things to get in at the gym.



He says that no matter what, it's important for people to not get discouraged and give up if they have a few unhealthy days.
