Baby born 4 months early finally goes home

A baby born four months early and weighing just 1 pound has finally gone home after spending the last few months recovering at Montefiore Medical Center.
Baby Josiah was born so early that doctors deemed him a "micro preemie." Babies born that early have only a 50 percent chance of survival, according to experts.
After five months of treatment, Josiah now weighs in at 9 pounds.
His mother thanked the doctors and nurses at Montefiore. She says the last few months consisted of sleeplessness, stress and constantly feeding the infant.
Doctors say Josiah will still need monthly checkups at the hospital as they continue to monitor his growth and development.
