They say a 20-year-old man was slashed by a man with a knife inside Franz Sigel Park on Thursday.
Police say the other suspect then stole the victim's wallet and backpack, which contained an unknown amount of cash.
Authorities say the victim was slashed twice in his right arm and once in his back. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, and is expected to be OK.
