Video shows suspect pull knife on Bronx gas station attendant

Police have released surveillance video of a suspect robbing a gas station attendant at knifepoint in the Bronx.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday inside the Petroleum Gas station on Ogden Avenue.

Police say the suspect walked into the gas station and placed a knife to the back of the 48-year-old man before grabbing $200 from his hands.

A friend of the victim, Ousmane Baba says this is the second time this year that his co-worker has been robbed while working at the Bronx gas station.

Police described the suspect as being 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored T-shirt, dark-colored shorts with a yellow design and white-colored sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
