Tanker accident snarls traffic on Cross Bronx
An accident involving a tanker closed all lanes on the Cross Bronx Expressway snarling traffic Wednesday. 
It happened near the intersection of Jerome and Webster avenues.
Delays were reported as far back as New Jersey.
The accident has since been cleared, and lanes are back open.
