Mobile food truck helps feed those in need

A mobile food truck is helping feed those in need in the Bronx.
The on-the-go food kitchen was created by the Regional Aid for Interim Needs, or RAIN.
RAIN founder Beatrice Castiglia-Catullo met the director of the Bob and Dolores Hope Foundation and, from there, a conversation led to the creation of what is now Cucina Dolores, inspired by Dolores Hope.
Cucina Dolores feeds more than 425 people a day and more than 100,000 people a year. It stops near shelters, parks and churches throughout the Bronx.
A grant provided by the foundation will run out this year. The founder of RAIN is hoping people get involved and help them keep Cucina Dolores open and perhaps start more in the area.
