Customers wait in line outside Apple Store for release of iPhone 7

New Yorkers lined up early outside the Apple Store in Williamsburg Friday, hoping to get their hands on the new iPhone 7.

Apple officially released the iPhone 7 at stores across the U.S today.

Apple has promised new features like wireless headphones, duel cameras and water resistance technology.

One man waiting as the second person in line says technology is his both his job and his passion.

"I get the new iPhone every year on launch day," he says. "For me, it's a tradition."

Fans were upset to find out that Apple's 'Jet Black' models and 'Plus' models were all sold out, however it was not stopping anyone from getting the regular iPhone 7.
