Police say a man was shot in the back early Saturday morning.
It happened around 5:15 a.m. at East 156th Street and Courtlandt Avenue.
Police say the man walked into The 24 Hour Food Corp after he was shot and asked a worker to call 911.
They say the victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital and is in stable condition.
Police say he's being uncooperative in the investigation.
