Public advocate releases list of city's worst landlords

Public advocate Letitia James has released her survey of the city's worst landlords.
In the latest revision, the worst buildings in the Bronx include 919 Prospect Ave., 1164 Cromwell Ave., 1892 Morris Ave., 2201 Davidson Ave. and 2709 Heath Ave.
Those buildings have a total of more than 2,200 violations.
Residents tells News 12 that they are frustrated with the poor conditions in which they live.
