Bronx actress Kerry Washington ‘rattled’ over deadly police shooting of Bronx woman

Actress Kerry Washington is taking to Twitter to voice her concern over a Bronx woman's death in a police-involved shooting.



Deborah Danner, 66, was shot and killed by an NYPD sergeant last week after police say she swung a bat at the officer.



Kerry, who is a Bronx native took to Twitter writing "The loss has rattled me to my core." She added, "Deborah Danner was killed in the community where I was raised. Community filled with people I know and love."
