Family of slain Bronx man demands justice
The family of a Bronx father who was beaten to death at a Kingsbridge restaurant came together Wednesday to keep his memory alive and demand justice.
Donell Soto, 36, was beaten outside La Parrilla Latina on Broadway.
Soto was brain dead for a few days after the early October attack and later died at St. Barnabas Hospital.
Witnesses say Soto got into some sort of argument with several people and was then kicked and punched by a group.
Officials say four suspects - Jenny Gutierrez, Joel Hernandez, Hector Quezada and Jose Mendez - have been charged with manslaughter and two counts of gang assault.
Soto's family says his organs were donated to four different people, helping to save their lives.
