Police say a man was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Mott Haven.
They say Milton Collazo was struck around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on East 138th Street.
He was crossing the street when he was struck by a driver who then fled the scene.
The 52-year-old was transported to Lincoln Hospital with head trauma, where he died a day later.
According to statistics from the city's Vision Zero initiative, the area is among the top crash corridors in the Bronx.
