People lined up at the Jackson Avenue Poultry Market in Mott Haven to make sure they got their much-needed fresh turkey for Thanksgiving.
Owner Louie Badillo says their birds were going fast at his shop, which sells live poultry.
"I've been here for 20 years. This store has been here for 65 years. I got people coming from all over the place. Looking for turkeys," Badillo says.
The Jackson Avenue Poultry Market is open until 3 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
