Woman returns to Bronx home, finds burglar inside

A 59-year-old Bronx woman returned home to find a stranger inside her house who told her he had a gun and demanded cash and her belongings.



The bizarre incident happened Tuesday inside a home on East 156th Street and Elton Avenue around 10 a.m.



Police say the woman just returned home when a stranger popped out from inside the hallway and simulated having a gun.



The man threatened the woman and demanded that she hand over her belongings. 



The suspect got away with two electronic tablets, three watches, a PlayStation and $380.



The woman was not injured.
