Police: Teen shot after argument in the Bronx

A 17-year-old boy was shot in the hand during an argument with an acquaintance in the Bronx, according to police.



The incident happened on Sunday inside of 3035 Wallace Ave. around 3:15 p.m.



Police say a 17-year-old got into an argument with an 18-year-old friend who pulled out a gun.



The two began to wrestle when the gun went off striking the 17-year-old in the left hand.



The 18-year-old boy ran away, and the younger boy was transported to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition.
