Bronx residents prep for nor'easter
Some Bronx residents spent the day Sunday shopping for groceries in preparation of the nor'easter that's set to bring intense winds and rain to the area.
A high wind warning has been issued for Brooklyn and the Bronx from early Monday morning through Tuesday at 1 a.m.
City officials say residents should be alert to changing weather conditions and avoid travel if possible.
Residents should also check on others who might need extra help, and should test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
