Deli owner helps neighbors dig out after storm

Westchester Square residents trying to dig themselves out of Thursday's storm received help from a local business owner.

Ambrosio Quiles completely cleared off the block where his deli grocery store is located. He says he has been cleaning up the area since the snow began to fall.

Quiles also helped neighbors dig their cars out of the snow. Neighbors says it's a task he has done for years.

Locals say they have grown to expect and appreciate Quiles' work. They also say they are thankful the snow wasn't as bad as they expected.

News 12 also witnessed sanitation workers shoveling through parts of East Tremont Avenue.
