Gas rationing extended until Friday

Mayor Bloomberg announced today that odd-even gas rationing has been extended in the city until Friday.

The odd-even rationing went into effect Nov. 9 after Superstorm Sandy caused a gas shortage throughout the city.

Bloomberg said he extended the rationing because about 30 percent of the city's gas stations are still closed.
