Kingsbridge man at wits end over crumbling apartment

A Kingsbridge man says he is fed up with his landlord's failure to fix his dilapidated apartment.

Alvin Guzman, who shares his apartment with his mother, sister, brother and nephew, says mold, leaks and falling debris plague his residence due to a broken pipe. He even says there is a hole in his ceiling that allows neighbors to stare down into his bathroom.

Guzman insists he's called the management company five times and has yet to receive a response.
