Residents still frustrated with gas lines despite rationing

Bronx residents say they are still frustrated with gas lines despite the gas rationing rules that went into effect on Friday.

Bronx residents say it is difficult to find an open gas station to fuel up.

Officials say the problem is that gas supply terminals are shut down or operating at reduced capacity after being damaged in Sandy. This in turn causes many gas stations to run on empty.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced an odd-even rationing system after Superstorm Sandy caused a gas shortage.
