Girlfriend arraigned in fatal stabbing

A 23-year-old woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death in their Bronx home has been arraigned.

Kristal Delvalle is charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon after police say she attacked 21-year-old Norberto Valentin-Cruz.

The 21-year-old was found stabbed in the couple's apartment on Carroll Place Monday.

The victim's cousin says the couple had been together for four years. They moved to New York from Puerto Rico about a year ago.

Delvalle is due back in court again on Thursday.
