It happened near 170th Street in the northbound lanes of the Grand Concourse at around 6:30 p.m.. Police say a green cab sideswiped a parked car, then jumped the curb and struck the victims. The 5-year-old who was killed, identified as Tierre Clark, had been waiting for a bus.
Police say 25-year-old Kadeem Brown was also struck and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
