Food for Thought: Fish dish

Many people eat fish sparingly, but it has a variety of health benefits that make it a great staple in any diet.



The American Heart Association recommends that people eat fish twice a week because it's a low-fat, high-protein food and a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which promote heart health.



Fish has a reputation for tasting boring, but a fish taco is one of many ways to make it more appetizing.



News 12 spoke to celebrity chef Jennifer Herrera about the benefits of eating fish and ways to incorporate it into your diet.
