Men wanted for snatching iPhone from woman's hand

The NYPD is trying to track down two men who it says snatched away a woman's phone.

Police released surveillance video from the scene, which happened on Creston Avenue, near East 182nd Street, back on March 18.

According to investigators, the suspects followed the 28-year-old victim and grabbed an iPhone 6 right out of her hand. They're believed to be between 16 and 20 years old, and one was wearing an Army fatigue jacket with an American flag on the back.

Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
