Best of the Bronx: Mount St. Vincent
If you are looking for stunning landscapes and rich history, the College of Mount St. Vincent is worth a visit.
From the architecture to the beautiful views of the Hudson River, those who come to the campus of Mount St. Vincent in Riverdale are always pleasantly surprised at what they find.
One of the largest attractions on the campus is the Lourdes Grotto, which was built in 1873. The grotto is considered to be one of the oldest outdoor grottos in the United States.
The campus is a hidden gem not only for its beauty, but it is also because some say it's one of the most friendly places to be in the borough.
Students who attend the college say that not only is the campus an oasis, but the people are friendly and family oriented.
