Police: Man injured in Webster Avenue shooting
A man was injured in a shooting early Saturday morning.
Officers say several rounds were fired from apartments on Webster Avenue, between East 187th and East 188th streets.
Police say a 23-year-old man was struck in the leg by a bullet while he was standing across the street.
The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Police say a suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting.
