The NYPD is searching for a man wanted for stealing a woman's wallet right out of a van.
Police say on May 19 the suspect walked up to the GMC van parked near East 183rd Street and Jerome Avenue.
They say he opened the unlocked passenger side door.
He then stole a wallet and purse with $600 and several credit cards from inside the van.
