A university in Utah has dedicated texting lanes for people to walk and text without disrupting foot traffic flow.
Recently in China, a teen girl got stuck in a drain because she was paying too much attention to her conversation rather then what was in front of her.
News 12 asked Bronx residents if this is something we need in New York.
